I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a charming atmosphere that added to my experience in San Francisco. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, showing genuine care for my needs. However, my room felt somewhat outdated, and I struggled with noise from neighboring rooms which affected my sleep. The breakfast options were decent, but there’s room for improvement in variety and quality. Overall, I found it to be a good value for the location and service offered.
